TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 - Seller identification
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") govern the contractual relationship between :

And any individual of legal age making a personal purchase on the fessinparfumerie.com website (hereinafter "the Customer").
Article 2 - Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the fessinparfumerie.com website. All orders imply the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Fessin Parfumerie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
Article 3 - Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in presentation (photo, color) may exist. Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and while stocks last.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery charges.
The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is validated.
Article 5 - Ordering
The customer confirms the order after checking the summary. Any order implies acceptance of the prices, descriptions and GCS.
An order confirmation will be sent by email. Fessin Parfumerie reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (dispute in progress, refusal of payment, etc.).
Article 6 - Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Customers can pay by credit card via a secure platform. Payment details are never stored. The Vendor retains ownership of the product until full payment has been received.
Article 7 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering.
Indicative delivery times: 2 to 7 working days for metropolitan France.
Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.
Certain opened or used products (notably perfumes with the cellophane or seal removed) cannot be taken back for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
The Customer must return the products at his own expense, in their original condition and complete, to the address communicated by the Vendor after contact by email.
Article 9 - Refunds
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the conditions laid down, reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment used to place the order.
Article 10 - Legal warranties
The Vendor is bound by the legal warranties of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, the customer may request an exchange or refund. The customer has two years from delivery to take action.
Article 11 - Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for the processing of orders and the commercial relationship. They are processed in compliance with the RGPD. Customers have the right to access, rectify or delete their data by writing to: contact@fessinparfumerie.com.
Article 12 - Intellectual property
All elements of the fessinparfumerie.com site (texts, images, logos, descriptions) are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Article 13 - Applicable law and disputes
These GCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority. The customer may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator.
Failing this, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
